Terms of Service
These terms describe use of the informational website operated as Better Rhythm at betterrhythm.info.
1. Scope of these terms
These Terms of Service apply to access and use of the public pages, articles, contact form and interactive preference controls on betterrhythm.info. By using the website, visitors agree to use it lawfully and in a manner that does not interfere with operation of the service or the rights of other users.
The site is an informational wellness blog and practical guide. It does not provide an online store, checkout, payment service, paid membership, user account system or personalised consultation.
2. Informational nature of content
Articles discuss general topics such as morning stretching, walking, pelvic-floor awareness, yoga and mobility, ordinary food sources, sleep timing and recovery habits. The material is organised for general reading and is not a substitute for individual professional services. Decisions based on personal circumstances remain the responsibility of the reader.
Examples, schedules and food lists are illustrative. They are not promises that a particular routine will produce a specific result. People differ in experience, mobility, diet, time, environment and other relevant circumstances.
3. Responsible website use
Visitors must not attempt to disrupt the website, overload forms, probe for vulnerabilities, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, collect data from the service through abusive automated methods or use the contact form for unlawful or deceptive activity. Reasonable anti-spam and security controls may be used to protect the service.
Automated access that places an unreasonable burden on the server may be restricted. Normal indexing by search engines and ordinary browser access are not prohibited by this clause.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the original website text, layout, branding, logo artwork and code presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Third-party resources remain subject to their own licences. The presence of a third-party resource on the site does not transfer ownership of that resource.
Visitors may read, quote limited portions where permitted by law and save pages for personal reference. Republishing substantial parts of the website as a competing publication, removing attribution from protected material or presenting the site branding as another organisation’s identity is not permitted without appropriate permission.
5. Third-party links and resources
The website may link to independent third-party pages for reference. Those websites control their own content, availability, privacy practices and terms. A link is not an endorsement of every statement, product or service appearing on the destination website.
Google Fonts is used as a technical presentation resource. Its availability and network handling are controlled by the provider. If that service is unavailable, the browser may display fallback fonts without preventing access to the written content.
6. Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts may be made to keep the website available, but continuous uninterrupted access is not promised. Maintenance, hosting faults, network conditions, software updates or security events can temporarily affect availability. Pages, navigation or technical components may be updated to correct errors or improve compatibility.
Editorial material may also be revised for clarity or accuracy. Where a page is removed or renamed, internal links should be updated so that the published site does not intentionally direct users to missing pages.
7. Limitation of informational content
General educational information cannot account for every person’s circumstances. Movement examples do not assess an individual’s mobility, previous injury, health condition or home environment. Food information does not assess an individual’s total diet, allergies, medication use or laboratory results. Sleep information does not evaluate a personal sleep disorder or other diagnosis.
Nothing in these terms creates a professional-client relationship between the visitor and Better Rhythm. The contact form is for general website and editorial enquiries and should not be treated as a channel for emergency or time-sensitive professional support.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general website information, temporary unavailability, third-party links or circumstances outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Users remain responsible for maintaining suitable devices, network access and browser security when visiting the site.
9. Governing principles and legal compliance
The website is operated for an Indonesian audience and should be used in accordance with applicable Indonesian law and any mandatory rules that apply to the visitor. If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions should continue to apply to the extent permitted.
Failure to enforce a term immediately does not automatically waive the right to enforce it later.
10. Changes and contact details
These terms may be updated when website functions change, legal requirements change or wording requires clarification. The version published on the website is the version applicable to current use.
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected], by phone at +62 361 445 2087, or by post to Jl. Teuku Umar No. 73, Denpasar, Bali 80113, Indonesia.
